Bonjours je doi traduire un resumé et j'ai beaucoup de difficultés parce qu'il y a des mots techniques.

During my apprenticeship, I disclosed, a problem of procedure in the returns of information between departments of apprenticeship and commercial departments. The outputs of the different task of the database of commercial departments are not no update regularly.
After having identified reasons and needs of the different collaborators, I used the method of the wheel of Deming to find a tool able of reducing its reasons and of satisfying his needs in the dealine.
I therefore accomplished a Excel file allowing to accomplish checking and balance sheet hand of work all at once. This file calculate the ratios of different works.

This file is going to feed the internal library of the firm and so update ratios.
The updating of ratios will allow to reduce the différence between the study and the réality.

Lors de mon apprentissage, j’ai décelé, un problème de procédure dans les retours d’informations entre les services travaux et les bureaux d’études de prix. Les rendements des différents ouvrages de la base de données des bureaux d’études ne sont plus vraiment en phase avec la réalité.
Après avoir identifié les causes, les besoins des différents collaborateurs, j’ai utilisé la méthode de la roue de Deming pour trouver un outil capable de réduire ses causes et de satisfaire ses besoins à moindre cout et dans les délais impartis.
J’ai donc réalisé un fichier Excel permettant de réaliser les pointages et le bilan main d’œuvre en même temps. Ce fichier récupère ainsi les ratios des différents ouvrages à réaliser.
Ce fichier va alimenter la bibliothèque interne de l’entreprise et ainsi mettre à jour régulièrement les ratios.
La mise à jour des ratios permettra de réduire les écarts constatés.
