and i'm going to send a first letter to the International Office. Can you tell me if it's properly correct

My name is Guillaume ******, I'm from France and I'm looking for a futur university. I'm 19 years old and I'm following a two years university program (Associate degree). I would be interested to apply for ****** ******.

I already spent one year in the USA, after being graduate from France. I was senior at Herscher HighSchool close to Bradley-Bourbonnais and Kankakee.
I was student exchange of the Rotary International Program.

I still have few questions to ask you:

Do I have to take the TOEFL after having passed one year in the USA, in a highschool program ?

Do I have to take the Sat or ACT, when we are already graduated from an Associated degree ?

I played soccer for many years and i also practised with Herscher highschool, Kankakee Community college and the Indoor soccer tournament at Francfort. It may be possible to be involved in the soccer men's team ? and what should i do ?

How do you recognized my diplom from my french university ?

I'm looking to come around September 2010, but I won't have my last grades from university if I applied 4/5 months earlier
how will i do ?

Dans ta lettre il y a beaucoup d'erreurs de grammaire, de syntaxe. Et tu utilise un langage trop familier.
Parfois je ne comprends pas bien non plus ce que tu veux dire.
